Ingredients:

  • 2 green chilli (chopped), curry leaves, sendha namak

Instructions:

  1. Ghee garam karo, curry leaves aur green chilli bhuno.
  2. Aloo + peanuts daalo, thoda bhuno.
  3. Sabudana + namak daalke mix karo.
  4. 2-3 min pakao aur garma garam serve karo.

2. Kuttu ke Cheela

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kuttu ka atta
  • ½ cup dahi
  • Sendha namak, hari mirch, coriander

  • 1 aloo + 1 lauki chopped
  • Ghee, sendha namak, green chilli

  1. Samak rice wash karo.
  2. Ghee me aloo + lauki + chilli bhuno.
  3. Rice daalkar paani add karo aur 10 min cook karo.

  • 1 cup singhade ka atta
  • 2 aloo grated

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer cubes
  • 2 tbsp dahi
  • Rock salt, mirch, lemon juice

  1. Paneer ko dahi + masala + lemon juice me marinate karo.
  2. Tawa ya oven me grill karo.

  • 1 medium lauki grated
